Apex was the only roofer (from the three roofers contacted) who pointed out the wind damage on our old roof that our insurance company subsequently covered. The roof was completed in a day and a half by hard working professional workers and all defects in the old roof were corrected. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Each evening, they cleaned up the work site and sent updated pictures by email. When a problem arose with wet and rotting plywood roof decking and a beam, they kept us informed about the problem and their solution. They have a great, hard working crew, who are very careful. Ralph sent Pierce to check out the leaks and identified several locations and caulked the locations. Recommended total roof replacement and working with Ralph signed the contract and he worked with the HOA and manager to expedite. He kept me up to date daily on the progress of the work.

The gentleman who came out to inspect my roof called to let me know he was going to be 10 minutes later than the scheduled time.. After looking at the roof and showing me the pictures he took, he told me that he was going to cover the damaged area so that if it rained I wouldn't get any further damage. The quote that I received wasn't the lowest but it was the most complete. The work was done sooner than I expected. I received photos of the repair done. They cleaned up very nicely after the work was completed.
